Permission Drop down z-index

fix a permission dropdown menu hidden behind other tabs.

Overview

The dropdown menu in the permission tab has a low z-index, causing it to appear underneath adjacent tab elements.
Update to the latest version of the software, as this issue has been resolved in a new release.
