As you can see the team_id is in the data for each player but is not being saved. If you added the column later then you may need click the delete cache icon in the Forms Manager toolbar to update ChronoForms' records.
I didn't add the column later but I changed the name of it though.
Thought about it at one point, that it could be the cause but didn't know that you could delete the cache, never used it before. Now I know.
Attached the debug after deleting the cache.
