I was able to design a form in CCv6 and it displays on the page correctly. However, when I fill the form and click on submit, there is no response.
Kindly assist, so that I can get the form working

Did you place the "Fields view" inside the "contents" of a "form view" ? the fields themselves are not included in a form, you have to call a form view and inside it call the fields.
