Duplicate blank "Root User" emails

Sorry to bother you but I am having a slight issue with a restaurant table reservation form. I really like how it looks and on submit I do receive 1 correctly laid out copy of the data, but I also get 2 additional blank emails from "root user". These duplicate emails show the same IP address and time as the proper email.

Is there anyway I can get rid of the 2 blank duplicates please?

Hi Mike,

If you have one email action in your form setup then its not Chronoforms causing this, it may be a server issue or a Joomla system plugin or module.

Thanks for the reply Max. Yes, I do just have 1 email action. Presumably there is no way of identifying the culprit without unpublishing plugins one by one?

Hi Mike,

You only need to disable the "system plugins", do this for all of them the first time to check if its really one of them causing the issue.
