Show all values of a registry in Fronted view

Hi to everyone,

I´m trying show all values of a registry but i see that i have define all fields in the "Action view".

In the Fronted list, ¿is possible show all data without to have define every one fields in the "Action view"?.

Hi franru,

If you mean to list all the values in "record" view then you can use the "details list" view in version 6, version 5 does not have this feature and you will need to use some php code to get the list.

Thank you very much for the reply.
I have updated to CC6 and now I have two new doubts. In "details list", is it possible to exclude some fields even if marked "Include all provider fields" ?.
The other doubt is... how can you display the formatted name of the fields in the "details list" ?.

Hi franru,

You can't exclude fields by default, but I have just added this feature, you will need to install the new view file attached using the "install feature" page in v6, then use this syntax in the columns list:

field/-


What is the formatted name ? you mean a field title ? in the columns list you can use:

field:Title

if the field is not in the list then it will use the field name (if you have the include all enabled).

I installed the fhe feature and iI have tried it but it does not work or I have not been able to configure it. Attached screenshot of how I configured it and another capture where it continues showing the field "id".

Yes, I found the problem, a core code change was needed to fix this, but now an extension update is needed, please send me a message using the "Contact us" page to get the files or wait for the next update.
