Dear Member,
After dragging a "HTML (Render Form)" to "On load" and "Save" the "HTML (Render Form)" is not saved!
What's wrong?
Best Regards.
Hansie

Hi Hansie,
The most likely explanation is that there is some security setting on your server that is preventing the form saving correctly. Are you able to save other elements and actions?

Hi Hansie,
So it appears that it is saving elements in the Designer tab but not actions in the Setup tab.
Can you try setting site Error Reporting to Maximum temporarily and see if you get any error messages when you try to save? Or is there anything in the server logs?

Bob,
I didn't find error reporting on the Chronoform. I put PHP error reporting on, but no errors are reported. On the Setup form is "Saved Succesfully" indicated. What PHP version should I use?

Email on "On submit" is neither saved, although the message "Saved Succsesfully" is indicated.
Hi Hansie,
You need PHP later than 5.3 IIRC.
By all means PM me the site URL, the form name, and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.

Hi Hansie,
I took a look and can't find any obvious explanation . . . but I notice that you are using PHP 7.1.1. and wonder if that might be the problem - there are some code changes in 7.1 that I'm not sure have been fixed yet in CF. I've been running on 7.0 for a while with no problems. Is it simple for you to downgrade and see if that makes a difference?
