Required function is not working

I love your joomla components and you did a great job !! First of all this is not a complaint , Just need to know what am I doing wrong?
I notice that required function is not working on my forms even those asterisk does not appears on the end of as usually . Could you help me?

There is a JavaScript Error on the page - I think from the template - that is breaking the validation code. If you check the form without the template that is working correctly.

The error is "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'top' of undefined" from line 96 of main.js.
