ChronoForms Security Question not displaying

Hello

i have followed the tutorial https://www.chronoengine.com/faqs/55-cfv4/cfv4-anti-spam/2573-how-can-i-use-a-captcha-like-134.html

I have dragged the load Security question befor HTML Render.

The form don't show the question. I have double checked all tutorials. I find no clue.
Please help me.

And have you added a Security Question element in the Designer tab?
