Message sent but received empty

How to fix a ChronoForms email sending only the subject and IP address.

Overview

The issue occurs when the form email template is not properly configured.
Click the "Generate Auto template" button in the CF email settings to automatically populate the email body with form fields.

Hi,
I have an old J!1.5 which - I know - I have to upgrade🙂
using Chronoforms 4.0 RC3.5.1
When the form is used, I receive the email but only with the title and the IP
Can you tell me what I forgot to verify ?
