Form doesn't work in a widget from yootheme's widgetkit?

I tried to place a form in the Accordion widget from Yootheme's widgetkit. The form look's well.
When i tried to send something it shows the message, that the captcha is wrong. But the message arrived.

The same from works in a "normal" article without problems.
What is the problem with widgetkit?

Hi, sorry... this is in Joomla.

I tried both ways:

1. Use the plugin-Code in the Accordion widget
2. Create a Module and loaded this in the Accordion widget.

Same issue on both ways.
