Display data for logged in user

I need a table to only show the data for that logged in user matched by the username. I have a feedback page i want to only display the feedback submitted by that user, the form is ready but it shows everyones survey. I would like for logged in user match their username with field 'stuusername' and only display that data. I tried the permissions "Owner id column" but there is no ID logged so i fear the best way is thru the username.
