Hi Ernst,
To load the Demo Forms on your site, click the Demos icon in the Forms Manager Toolbar (once only!!).
You can translate forms in the backend using the Locales tab in the form - there is no Czech translation for the back-end that I know of. The main language file is at /administrator/components/com_chronoforms5/chronoforms/locales/en_gb and could be translated into a Czech version. (There is a German one here in th forums if that helps.)
