At first, sorry for my English and sorry if the question has already be made.

Well, since this summer, our contact page made with Chronoforms doesn't work anymore. It's a friend that built the website, so I don't really know how everything works😟
I change nothing on the website, and one day, the Contact Form doesn't work anymore.
There, the message that appears instead of the contact form:

"The requested page cannot be found.

An error has occurred while processing your request.

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a mistyped address
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
you have no access to this page
Go to the Home Page

If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site and report the error below.

0 Could not connect to MySQL."

All the others Chronoforms work on the site (we use it for asking information about a product, but, there isn't a captcha on this form)

If someone has an idea, do not hesitate ! I really don't know what to do for it works again :'(

Hi Saloua,

Please set site Debugging to maximum and see if you get a more helpful error message.

Does the form display if you use the View Form or Test Form link in the ChronoForms Forms Manager?
