Wrong Verification Code

My form will not submit, I always get the "Wrong Verification Code" message, even though i know it is the correct Verification Code. I have seen this a few different places in the forum and cant seem to trouble shoot. I can verify that site caching is off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The form submits with no error from this test link without the template - but not with the template loaded. And the form is submitting the data correctly

I can see no obvious reason why you are getting this error when the template is loaded unless there is some kind of filter or redirection on the server . . .

I'd suggest that you test a form with a different Captcha and see if that works without any problems.

Thanks! It was the Facebook Module that was conflicting. Got it sorted.
