Demo form don't work and redirects me to a error page

I'm trying to make my first Wordpress form unsuccessfully.
I'm working from a form demo (demo-basic-contact).
But when I press "Submit" thank you message no is displayed and redirects me to a 404 error page.
Of course no message arrives in my mail.

Can you help me with this?
