Form shows "wrong code message" although is right

Hi,

I created a form and when I submit it, it always shows a "wrong code validation message", although the code is right.
Tried to send with a wrong code on purpose, shows the message and doesn´t send the email to me
Tried to send with the right code and shows the message but sends the email to me.
The fact is that I get the message but the person sending doesn´t know.
Tried debugger and server error log without success.
If you can help I will appreciate.
