Download of ChronoForms for Wordpress don't work

From where ChronoForms downloaded for Wordpress? :?
I click the link "ChronoForms for WordPress" on the sidebar "Resources".
But this link redirects me to a page where there is a warning message: "Connection's name not present!"

The site has been broken for the last couple of days - it seems as though there was a major problem with URLs and permissions. Most are now working but the menu link for WordPress isn't (and I also can’t access the site Admin). Hopefully it will be back up shortly, I do have a copy of the WordPress installer which I could send you, but I'm not sure it is the latest version.

I believe that you can upgrade ChronoForms for WordPress by installing the new version over the existing one.
