Unfortunately nothing really fits right to my problem, so I opened a new thread here! I have configured a form that contains a security question. 🤨

This is my form:

I then press the button "Test form" and I get a captcha query, not the question and the form does not appear in the front-end!

I did made everything on instructions, but I had a severe stroke a few years ago, so it is possible that I missed something.

Does anyone have an idea? Many thanks in advance! lightbulb

As you can see, your images are not visible - I did find them on Flickr but #s 3 & 4 are the same.

In the Designer tab, please replace the Captcha element with a Security Question element from the Advanced Group. That should solve the first issue.

The most common reasons for forms not displaying are a. a missing HTML (Render form) action - but I see that you have one and b. Template CSS that hides the form, some templates/site have this to hide strap-lines from the older free versions of ChronoForms.
