Hi all,
i need help because the form on my website stop to work.
To better explain, they work but do not receive any e-mail once completed and submitted the form.

The module that is not working is here:

The strange thing is that only the user registration form made by Chronoform too works properly:

The action URL for the form in a module is /sicilia/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&task=send&chronoformname=FormOCEANOEMARE2&Itemid=1

There is no &event=submit in this so it probably isn't submitting at all
