I have some questions:
1) it's possible change the size of "asterisk", the colour work, all ok!!

2) Calendar: I don't be able to change bg color

3) Object Email: HOw to use the dynamic object? {form name} not work. (I give a name to the form and I want it in the object's mail)

1) Please see this FAQ

2) You can probably change the background color of the CF datepicker with CSS - or you can use another jQuery datepicker that supports themes.

3) Please try putting {chronoform} in the template.
