Hi i try to insert one form in an article for the home page, i try with the code like it appears in the plug in instructions (I also activate the plugin an the component) I change the code <p> for <div> and nothing seems to work...

Hi jadermotta,
The most likely explanation is that the Plug-in is not working for some reason. Please double-check that you have the CFv5 plug-in installed and enabled. The article code (the first one) and the form both look OK.

I have the same problem, on only 1 site. Tried all the known options like changing rel url, diasable cache etc.
When click testform or use the form in a module it works perfectly, but it does not work with plugin. Even copied a working form form another site on same server, but even that form doesn't work with plugin.
I searched for hours and ran out of options, I really don't understand what the issue is.
Using latest Chronform5, plugin and module and Joomla 3.6.2
