How can I change connected tables in a copied form?

Change connected tables in a copied ChronoForms form.

Overview

The issue occurs because the form copy retains the original table connection, and the new table created is not automatically linked.
To resolve this, manually select the new table from the 'Connected tables' dropdown in the form's settings after creating it.

Answer
Hi,

I have a working form that had a connected table, and the form entries are written to the table just fine.

Now I have made a copy of this form. I want to make some minor changes, but I also want to connect this copied form to a new table. This seems impossible. What I've tried:
copied a form with connected table

selected the copied form

clicked [Create Table], entered a new name and clicked [Save]

I get a confirmation message, plus the new table is listed in phpmyadmin

in the form list view I open the selection list under the column 'Connected tables', but there's only the original connected table listed
How can I select an other table there?
