Chronoforms duplicate records

Hi, i've some problem with my form.
I receive duplicate records for the same people.
enclosed you can see all the same records received by the same person

what could be your problem?
how can I check?

Not much I can say from the information here - at the very least you are not validating the submissions.

it does not happen for every compilation.

Could be a loop; or multiple submissions; or a web-bot or virus scanner checking the site.
