Any user, even superuser can't create thread or post anymore.
Reinstalled the component (Chronoforms too}, re setted all rights.
Before all these "resets" I had a : •Access denied, you are not permitted to access this resource, you may not be logged in or your account may not have enough permissions." message in spite of correct rights (empty cache, logout then relogin}, disabled all module or plugins from the page
now I have a 404 error "category not found"
Any idea ??

I'm not very familiar with ChronoForums :-( I do believe that you need to set Public - the 'root' user to Allowed or no-one has access (Public is not the same as Guests).
The 404 message sounds more like a problem with SEF URLs or possibly some kind of PHP Error, setting site error reporting temporrily to Maximum might give you a clue.
