Ok I understand: we have multipage case with page1, page2, page 3, page 4. If "File field" is not in last page, e.g. in page2, it doesn't work. If "File field" is on page4, it works!
How can I do if I have "File field" on page2 or 3?

Hi armandocurcio,

You can have the File Field element on any page - but you must have a Files Upload action on the event that page submits to, and, if you are using the MultiPage action that needs to be put after the Files Upload action so that the file info is saved.
