Chronoforms5 bug opening form for backend configuration

Hi folks,

I do have a problem opening the backend configuration panel of my Chronoforms 5 form.
I reveive the following image by clicking on the forms name at the backend panel:



The "Loading" symbol never disappears, what makes a configuration impossible.

Can you please help!!!
