Form in Modul not send

Hello

I have a Problem with a Form in a Modul. Nothing happen, when i click on the Submit Button.

I tested:

- with a other Template = dosent work
- Debugger = no error
- direct http://belife.ch/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&chronoform=Kontakt = work

Where is the Problem? lightbulb

Setup > On load > HTML (Render Form)

Relative URL >> NO
If enabled, the form will submit to the same page, instead of submitting to a completely new page.
