Which email is not being delivered?
The first one has the same To and From Email address and that can cause them to be dropped and not delivered, GMail in particular does this.

Bob , email vendramini.leandro is the email that arrives with thanks. This is ok . Just email @ unicoba.com.br not enough and not go to the spam box

Please change the From address so that it is not the same as the To address e.g. info [at] unicoba [dot] com.br
That doesn't explain the , though - do you have anything in the Dynamic To box on the Advanced tab?

Bob thanks for all the help . The problem was solved. The component works perfectly the problem was with the spam blocking the hosting server.
