I am receiving the following error after filling in a form. The form had successfully been working for about a month and then this started. I have optimized/repaired the database table and the issue still persists. Default settings:

Save under Model ID: No
Multi save: No
Force save: No
External Database: No

Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug - including the 'dummy emails' results here.

If the Foreign Key is called 'id' then it is possibly getting overwritten by some other value of id e.g. from an Article ID in the page URL.
