pls help me hide the messages after click submit

Hello, please I need help with chronoforms 5,.. im working on a seminars registration forms, and when I fill it and click submit, it works well but in mail it is not showing me e-mail adress of registrant .. here is screenshot :

But thats not the main issue I have, it is that after I click submit, it gives me this (screenshot) :

Is there a way to hide those informations or what it is? .. Thanks a lot for help!!

For the email address please check that you have {email} in the Email template

For the Debugger output please disable or delete the Debugger action.

One more question , please is it possible to hide demos in forms manager? It will be a lot easier to see only my forms when I dont need demos.

Hi dano123,

You could delete them. I usually use two things - the Form ID column sort that lets me see the most recent forms first; and the Search forms box that lets me find a form if I can remember a part of its name.

There is also the ability to assign Form App names to group related forms. You can sort on this - or use it in the search box to limit the view to a group of forms.
