Hi,

The form on this page: http://www.vanadiumcorp.com/investors/contact/business-development was working, but it isn't working anymore. I don't know if it was the chronoforms update from 5.0.10 to 5.0.11 or the Joomla upgrade to 3.5.1 or something else that caused the form to stop working. Now when you submit the form no errors are displayed, the form does not redirect to the thank you page like it is supposed to and no emails are sent. I tried adding Debug events in different places, but nothing is displayed from them, the page just reloads when you do the submit.

I have attached a copy of the form.

Any help on how to get the form working again would be great.

Hi Bob,

The form was working fine until I upgraded to 5.0.11. Now it won't work.

I have made the changes suggested in the FAQ that you pointed me to, but the form is still not submitting and it isn't redirecting to the hidden menu URL, it just keeps going back to: http://www.vanadiumcorp.com/investors/contact/business-development?chronoform=contactForm&event=submit.

When I look at the form action in the source code it has: http://www.vanadiumcorp.com/investors/contact/business-development?chronoform=contactForm&event=submit rather than my new submit URL of http://www.vanadiumcorp.com/contact-form-submit. It doesn't seem to matter what I set the Action URL to in the HTML (Render Form), it always goes to: http://www.vanadiumcorp.com/investors/contact/business-development?chronoform=contactForm&event=submit. I tried setting the Action URL to:
/contact-form-submit and http://www.vanadiumcorp.com/contact-form-submit and contact-form-submit.

New form backup attached.

Any other ideas?

Hi rlab,

You can't make the necessary changes using the Simple Wizard mode. Please go to the form General tab and change Setup Mode to Advanced (do not change it back later). The click the Setup tab and you can open and edit the settings in the HTML (Render Form) action.
