datepicker start from monday

How can I change the starting weekday for datepicker to be Monday instead of Sunday?

For the start date please check that you have a zero 0 in the string and not a capital letter O.

For the JavaScript please move the Load JavaScript action up before the HTML (Render Form) action and see if that solves the problem.
