Multiple emails received

Hallo,
I am using Chronoform 5 for many submission forms inside the site I am working on.
Some of the forms sometimes send me back multiple identical copies of emails (not sistematically, just sometimes).
Sometimes I receive 2 copies, some other even 4 or 5.
I am sending you a backup of a form that has given me the problem.
Do you think the problem can be caused by a wrong setting or should I contact the server administrator where the mails are processed?

Hi Luca,

The form looks OK - there's nothing I can see that might explain multiple emails. You might try adding a Submit Limit action in case some users submit several times.
