Chronoform Video: Multiplier Data Recording

In regards to using the Multiplier, will there be any video tutorials on how to record multiplier data to tables? I'm referring to this information posted on this page:

"Saving the data to a database table
You will probably want to use two tables to save this data. One main one for the form data that is not in the multi field array and a second one for the multi-field records. You will need to link the two together by saving the main data first, then getting the Primary Key of that record - usually the id or cf_id - that ChronoForms will have added to the $form->data array. Add this to the mult-field data and use a second DB Save action with 'Multi save' and 'Save under model id' set to yes. "

Not only that, but possibly have a video tutorial on how Admin's can retrieve the data via Chronoforms or have it post on a page in the CMS?

Hi toad,

I don't have any plans for a video about this at present. How this is set up does depend a lot on the way the form is being used.

If you are using Multiplier data saved in two tables then you will save using two DB Save actions as described above. How you would read the data depends on what you need to display.

My situation is that prior to using the multiplier, we already were saving data to a database. Now we had to add a multiplier and need to be able to save the multiplier data and associate it with the other database table (join). Then the retrieving of data, we need to be able to post it on a page within the CMS.

So I'd imagine a simple video tutorial for just this type of scenario would cover for multiple means.
