Hi,

I configure a Basic Form for test the module and I get this error message:

_POST: Array ( [Compagnie2] => webmedia [Nom2] => test [Submit3] => Envoyer )
Case 1: Use table layout
E-mail: 'Yes' custom
Email not sent
E-mail message

I was several hours testing it, but the module it's not working.

Please add a ReplyTo name in the General Tab - any string will do.
