Having some issues with ChronoForms that I'm hoping to get worked out.
We have a helpdesk ticketing system (Spiceworks). When users send in a ticket, it creates that ticket based on the email address used to send in the ticket request.
We use office365 for our email. Email is sent AWAY from our network to Office365 and back to our network.
We have a form on our website (hosted on-sight). That form is used to submit helpdesk tickets to our ticketing system. The form is hosted on our servers in our network, emails from the form are sent to office365 and back to our server on our network.
Because of this, we have to have a "From" email setup in our system (no-reply@emailaddress.com) to use with Chronoforms so that mail successfully sends.
This has the unfortunate effect of placing the no-reply email as the creator of the helpdesk ticket breaking any communication back and forth from the actual creator.
I need to know if this is solvable. The "dynamic from address" doesn't seem to work and I can't enter any other email address in the from field due to the form then not working properly because the from address isn't a valid address on our system.
Any thoughts or ideas?

Hi Beyer,
You either need to use an email server that supports dynamic From Email addresses (some do most don't), or add something in the SpiceWorks settings that will pick up a ReplyTo Email address if one is set. There's nothing that you can do directly in ChronoForms.
