Blank page when trying to open Chronoforms V4

Hello, lots of talk out there about CFV4 and the new Joomla 3.5.1...but I am still confused on how to fix the problem.

When I try to update an existing form, I get nothing. No error message...just a blank screen. What is the fix for this problem?

Please try upgrading to the latest release of CFv4 for Joomla! 3. Please see this FAQ for more info.

I had the same problem when opening chronoforms in adminstration showing just a blank page. Latest versions were already installed and re-downloading and re-installing made no difference. However following the advice in the link above did work. Created new folder for v3.5 and copied over files from earlier version folder.
