Not receiving form emails from website

I am an administrator on my Website and we recently noticed none of our forms from our website that normally come via email are being received. I have checked the spam email and it is not going there and have also entered in a couple different email addresses. None of these initial solutions have helped. Can you give me a starting point to begin trouble shooting? These email forms are very important to our website and business.
