TCPDF Action does not work anymore after update

Hello,
I updated a few days ago to new version of CF and now TCPDF does not work anymore.
If I open the action, I have something like this.
I already tried to reinstall TCPDF action...
Any idea?

Thanks for the fixing.
But now there is even a bigger issue: all TCPDF in the same form have the same code after saving the form!
What's happened??😟😟😟

By 'the same code' you mean what exactly? All the settings are the same?

I've no idea what might cause that, I'll take a look.

Yes, exactly, same code.
And in any case, from website pdf was generated empty.

I downgraded to previous version of CF and TCPDF and it's working perfectly...

I wrote also Max.

I have upgrade joomla from version 3.5 to 3.5.1, also I have upgrade component to version 5.0.11, and all work.
After I have installed the TCPDF Action and it doesn't work correctly.
Now I can't save or modify the form that i have created yet, and if I create a new form the button for save is grey and is impossibile to save.

You need to download the latest version of the TCPDF action and install that after you have upgraded CF.
