Joomla upgrade to 3.5 with CF4 installed

JBS 22 Mar, 2016
The issue described in http://www.chronoengine.com/faqs/56-cfv4/cfv4-other-faqs/5125-chronoformschronoconnectivity-fails-after-a-joomla-upgrade.html looks like to happen again after upgrading from 3.4.8 tot 3.5.

I have viewed the linked solution and I have /administrator/components/com_chronoforms/versions/j3.5 but am still getting a 500 error when trying to access the Forms Manager. Is there something else I can do to fix this?

Hi staffiery,

Nothing I know of - do you see any useful errors?

I have the latest release of CFv4 running on Joomla! 3.5 (with the Isis3 template installed).

Okay...I just downloaded the same version 4.0.6 and reinstalled and I can see the forms manager now.

Thanks!

Had the same issue here, and reinstalling CF4 solved my problem as well!

Love Chronoforms, use both 4 and 5. Glad to keep 4 around for this particular client since they have a lot of forms set up using 4.
