Impossible to say from here. Something is going into a loop.

The second IP address - 66.249.92.189 is from Google are you using GMail for your mail service? Or do you have Google tracking enabled on the site?

Well - it still looks like a Google IP address as far as I can tell. The emails could be from when Google Bots scan your site I would try adding validation to block the IP address and see if that helps.

There is no ChronoForms bug to fix.

I don't believed in Google Bots, I think that is bug in CF5

Maybe something was lost in translation there.

I still think it's most likely Google web-bots checking links on your site. Have you added the validation to block them? Please see this FAQ
