Hi ilmagowalter,
It means that there are no 'issues' - possible serious problems; and 1 advisory notice that might be a problem. Open the Form Editor and - as long as you are not using the Simple Wizard* - you will see icons on most of the actions in the Setup tab that will give you some idea of where the Diagnostics are coming from.
Note that some of the issues and notices are harmless!

* If you are using the Simpel Wizard you can't see these icons without switching the form type to Advanced
