I have a form on my site http://firststopoutdoors.com/component/chronoforms/?chronoform=FSO2016TournamentSeries that is set up to send confirmation emails to the person(s) who register (in the dynamic area), and also to two other email addresses in the static area (screenshot_1). When I test the form from the live site, all the emails are sent and received except one of the addresses in the static area (tournaments@firststopoutdoors.com). I can't figure out why that one email is not getting through. The confirmation email that is not getting through is the one to tournaments@firststopoutdoors.com. It's listed in the "To" area of the email that goes through to the other email addresses, but it never gets to the inbox of tournaments@firststopoutdoors.com. Other screenshots are attached for more info.
Hello brob34,
I'm not a Chrono professional, but after checking your new post, I think that the following links may help:
Problems with 'Reply To' Email addresses
P.S: I'm just an automated service😉

Hi brob34,
That email address is the same as the From email address =- some mail services (GMail in particular) will drop emails where the To and From addresses are the same.

I have changed the "from" address to a different address than the "to" address, but the email still does not go to tournaments@firststopoutdoors.com. All other emails arrive without a problem.
All of the static email addresses are gmail addresses, which further confuses me.

Hi brob34,
I assume that you've checked the spam folders? If the other emails are arriving the ChronoForms + Joomla! are sending this one too so it's getting lost somewhere en route :-(

Thanks for your response. I would agree with your thinking in this case, but there are still things that do not add up to me.
For example, I can send and receive email from tournaments@firststopoutdoors.com to another email address within that domain. I can also send and receive email from that other address to tournaments@firststopoutdoors.com.
I can send and receive email from my own gmail accounts (two of them) to tournaments@firststopoutdoors.com. I can also forward the confirmation email from my gmail accounts to tournaments@firststopoutdoors.com.
The only thing I can't make happen is to send email from the form to any email address with the domain firststopoutdoors.com.
I have added the "from" address to my contacts in tournaments@firststopoutdoors.com as well as whitlisted the IP addresses.
Can you offer any other suggestions as to where I might find the answer?
Thanks you again for your help.

Hi brob34,
I'm 99% sure it's going to be something in the mail server setup. Try changing the From and To addresses around assuming that the From address is a real mailbox - that might make a difference. There is a FAQ here with some MX record settings for a specific host - I doubt that is the problem here but it might be.
