Chronoform doesn't send email and Thanks message !

Hello,

I use the Chronoform 4.0 for Joomla 1.7. I recently move the website to the new hosting with the new domain. Everything works well but Chronoform get the small bug!

- When I click the "submit" button, the website DOES NOT display the Thank message. Certainly, no email is sent at this event.

I also read all topic about this error; however, no solution is found.

I need your support to fix this bug. If yes, please invite you one or two cups of coffee through Paypal payment!

Please send us a private message, then I send you FTP and Admin account for review.

I would like to make more information about this bug:

- When clicking the submit button, the website repeats the form but does not show the thanks message instead.

and Test Form works? if so it is an URL problem

Hi Jaccies,

Yes it's probably a URL problem - Please see this FAQ - it's partly for CFv5 but should help with CFv4 too.
