Chronoforms v5 was installed.

If I want to put a form in an aritcle, it's very easy to archieve it by add "{chronoforms5}form-name{/chronoforms5}" in the article.

But, is there any method to call the form by php code? like modifying "default.php" to make forms appear in every article without manually changing each article.

You can use the module to add a form on every page. Does that help?

It may be possible to do it with PHP but I don't know now.
