Tabs not working

The tabs are not working properly on this page:
http://ucandrive.com.au/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&chronoform=StudentProgress2

You can click on tabs 2 & 4 but nothing will happen.
Clicking on tab 3 will change to tab 3.
You can not change to another tab after this.

Hi U Can Drive,

There's a JavaScript error when you click that tab - I think it is caused by the & in the tab title, Please try switching that to say + and see if that solves the problem.
