Hello,

I created a form for the first time based on the previous work of a former colleague.

It worked quite fine until I reached the "PDF" part.
I want to generate a pdf that will be attached to an email but the pdf is not stock on the server, I can't download it or anything.

Is there something I did Wrong ?

there are no error on my php log.

Hi andil,

I've looked at this - the only thing I see immediately is that the path to save the PDF (in the one action I checked) doesn’t look right - it should be a full path to the server root. I suggest that you build a very simple test form to check the TCPDF settings work. It isn't practical on a multi page form like this.

PS I couldn't get past the first page of the form because I couldn't guess the date and telephone formats you wanted.

There was indeed something wrong with my path.
And I was also missing a "/" at the end of the path.

After that I had an error message that said "couldn't upload to [path]"
I just had to add an index.html file to make it work.
