Copy user field data to other fields in form

Hello,

I have a form that is capturing information for a primary and secondary (co-signer) person. Some of these fields contain address information (address, city, state and zip).

I am wanting to create a checkbox action that copies the primary persons address information to the secondary persons address information.

Does anyone have any thoughts how to get this done.
