Data listing records - some empty

I have simple form conected to data table. When i go to data listing there are records with dates and id. All ok.
Then most of the records (when in record view) are ok, but some are all fields empty. Only id, uniq id and date are there.
All fields are required.

Do you have any serverside validation on your form? If not, then these may be from web-bots checking links.
