style submit button

Good day

I am trying to style a submit button. The class is btn btn-default (I go that from the designer tab). If I go to setup - Load CSS and use this class the button style does not change. What am I doing wrong?

The automated service worked, thank you.

I had to add a class in the load javascript. Had to mark the CSS as !important to get the changes on my site but it is working and I am happy.
